The total consideration that we paid for acquisition of the stake from both JP Morgan and ICICI Venture is around Rs 60 crore. The idea was to consolidate the entity since the focus this year is largely going to be on exhibition business looking at significant growth this year. We do not have major pipeline or films under production right now. So, the idea was to consolidate that and convert into 100% subsidiary and thereby give an exit to the investors. It is a cyclical business all over the world, dependent largely on the content flow. To the contrary, big cities like Delhi and Mumbai are getting saturated in terms of real estate supply. So today an opportunity of adding a new mall in a market like Delhi or Mumbai is very difficult because there are hardly any new malls which are coming up in these cities.
